Bathing costume; swimwear; bathwear
ladies' and men's sports-style clothing for wear when bathing. Is tight-fitting, worn against the skin, and commonly manufactued from elasticated knits. The ladies' and girl's bathing costume is a single garment which covers the pelvis and trunk, or two-piece, in which case it is composed of pants and a bra. The men's b. c. is a single garment.
