Calmuc

thick, heavyweight, reversible, double-pick cottonfabric which is combed on both sides, with a fully covered weave on the face. Warp yarn is medium coarse; in the weft there is vigogne yarn. The weave is in broken twill. Woven in leaf patterns or by jacquard technology. Used for dressing gowns, blankets and in the past as a filler material for winter clothing.
