Linen weave

simplest and thickest interlaced, reversible basic [[101448|weave]], in which the appearance of the face and back of the [[101366|woven fabric]] is the same. Its smallest repeat is 2/2, where two warp and two weft threads are interlaced in different ways. Used in all types of fabric. The most common derived linen w. include rep, [[101582|Panama-like]] and [[10893;|Panama]].
