Patterned braid

knitted, flat, patterned braid, produced from viscose and cotton yarn and rayon. Is interlaced diagonally in a one- thread system, with stable selvedges which are joined at regular intervals. Is coloured and has a smooth, reversible surface, typically with a width of between 4 mm and 10 mm. Used to decorate clothing.
