Printing

the transfer of the colours of patterns of one colour or more than one colour onto a textile fabric by means of textile printing. Depending on the type of p. we classify textile printing as block (or hand), screen, machine and transfer. Depending on the technology used we distinguish between relief printing (by hand, using moulds), machine (by means of gravure rollers), and screen printing (with flat or rotating templates). Non-conventional printing processes include transfer printing, spray printing, and roller printing.
