Smock-frock

loose-fitting, peasant-style men's coat which reaches to the level of the buttocks; produced from [[101499|wool]] or [[100079|cotton fabric]] without a lining. Fastens down its whole length or is pulled on over the head. S. f. tends to be cut in casual style, with pleating to the yoke. There are no limitations of shape for the [[101045|neck opening]], [[100656|collar]] and [[101111|sleeves]].
