Velvet ribbon

single-pick ribbon with a dense short-pile surface from cotton or viscose yarns or from viscose rayon with a warp-pile fabric weave. The two base fabrics are connected by a (pile) warp, which forms the pile after slitting. Is produced in a variety of colours and in widths of 6 mm - 60 mm. Used for the ornamenting of clothing, accessories, etc.
