Washable cord; washable manchester

light- to midweight [[100079|cotton]] pile fabric, its longitudinal, fine, thick pile creating stripes in relief which are soft to the [[100849|touch]]. Produced from fine warp and medium-fine weft yarn by weft velvet technology with one warp and two wefts, one of which after cutting forms a relief-pile surface. Fabric is steamed, worked, combed and cut, and on its back it is sized. Often it is printed. Used for children's clothing and ladies' dresses.
