Weft knit(ted) fabric

has a row from one thread which forms transverse [[100838|stitches]] between the edges of the knit, passing from the finished row to a new row. Distinctive for its method of unravelling, which must proceed along each row starting at the upper against the direction of the knit. In this way it is possible to unravel every piece of the w. k. f. on a single thread. We divide w. k. f. into the following sub-groups: [[100428|one-face]], [[100831|double]], [[100833|links-links]].
