Kimono sleeve

its conception is such that its front piece is left against the front and its back piece against the back of the garment. Is a common feature of comfortable clothing, especially coats. The basic structure of this s. has been used in Slovak folk costume from time immemorial. Either the front or back part of the half-kimono sleeve has the kimono cut; the other part is sewn in.
